Register for Aviator Athletics with Final Forms

Vandalia-Butler City School District Athletic Department continues to partner with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning you will never need to enter the same information twice. FinalForms also pre-populates information, wherever possible, for each student saving you time.You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.New Student-Athletes: New student-athletes are required to create a Final Forms account to register for school related athletics. Aviator Athletics Partners with S2 Pass

Butler High School has partnered with S2 Pass as our new digital ticketing partner.If you do not already have the app, you will need to download S2 Pass from the App Store or Google Play (links below). Once you have downloaded the app, you may purchase your ticket(s), and it will be scanned upon entry from your smartphone. An instructional video is below. Please be sure to buy your ticket(s) before arrival.
