For the 7th time in 15 years, Butler High School has claimed the GWOC North All Sport Trophy.   Schools earn points in the 22 GWOC sports in the three seasons. The GWOC was started in the 2001-2002 school year.   Butler’s previous wins came in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2010.

Five Girls Named GWOC 1st Team

After going 14-1-1 overall and claiming the GWOC North title, five girls are celebrating being named GWOC All-Division Soccer 1st team. Making the 1st team are: Brianna Fourman, Brittney Petrosky, Allison Miller, Keonni Rakestraw and Lauren Chaney. The girls head to tournament action next week. They will host their first game at 7:00 Oct. 22.
