Girls’ Tennis Beats Sweeps Xenia 5-0

The girls’ varsity tennis team is off until Tuesday but they are celebrating a clean sweep over Xenia. The Aviators beat the Buccaneers 5-0. Girls’ Soccer Visits Dayton Children’s

The girls’ varsity soccer team visited patients at Dayton Children’s Hospital this afternoon. They visited with patients and gave them autographed soccer balls. The girls are in action Aug. 22 at 3:00 p.m. in a home match against Chaminade Julienne . They hit the road Aug. 26 as they take on Centerville at 7:00 p.m.

Cheerleaders Sponsor Football Game, Shirt Sale

Aug. 28 the Butler Cheerleaders will once again be sponsoring the Play for a Cure Football Game in honor of Blake LaForce, a former Aviator who lost his battle with Leukemia. Lady Aviators Fourth at District

HUBER HEIGHTS — The state tournament for track and field began with the District Meet at Wayne High School on May 20th and 22nd. Butler’s girls team scored 71.5 points and earned a fourth place finish among 14 competing teams. The Lady Aviators won four races and advanced to the Regional Meet in those events.
